ColorJet to demonstrate - newly launched VastraJet K2 and SubliXpress Plus with Fluorescent Inks.

The latest in transfer paper printing, SubliXpress will be showcased at Gartex Texprocess. Come and witness an industrial grade sublimation printer designed and built for shop floor conditions.

On show will be Sublixpresss printing on transfer paper with 8 color - C, M, Y, K, B, O, FY, and FM. Visitors can see the enhanced effects of fluorescent colours.  The addition of fluorsoscent yellow and fluorescent magenta will expand the creative options for customers in the ever-evolving world of fashion. These eye-catchy color are bold, vibrant, and tailor-made for one-off and small-lot production of sports and fashion apparel.

SubliXpress Plus can print in variable drop sizes of 5,7, and12 PL as demanded to produce exceptionally sharp lines and create smooth gradients in color tones.  The high-speed, high-quality printing with minimal ink consumption is a result of decades of experience in manufacturing digital inkjet printers. ColorJet proprietary AST and HSTR technology are inherent features of the machine.

This dye-sublimation printer would work very well on fabrics made with recycled polyester - knit and woven. Despite the pandemic, ColorJet continued to work on the next ground-breaking technology for the sublimation printing market.  The economics of the sublimation printing with Sublixpress Plus are very attractive with its productivity of up to 9000 sqm/day in up to 180cm print width, and possibility  to  use  low  gsm  paper  of  up  to  22  gsm.                                                                                                       The  Leaf  clamp  is  yet  another  ingenious improvisation to prevent the paper from curling up at the edges when printing.
