MARZOLI AT ITMA 2019 2019-07-16 18:42:50

MARZOLI AT ITMA 2019

The main message that Marzoli promoted during ITMA is that it is and it will be the global partner for the textile industry of the future. This is possible thanks to its accurate activity of textile engineering, its knowledge about the IIoT and its expertise in the entire spinning process.

At ITMA we showed:

  • CMX, the new comber with 10 combing heads, that allows to reach up to 115 kg/h of production capacity. This means an increase of 25% in productivity, compared to the previous model.
  • We presented also the new spinning module with 24,000 spindles which, compared to standard layout with long machines, produces a significant reduction in TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). This is possible thanks to lower investment and operating costs. In fact, this module allows a 10% saving on land, building and lighting, 4% saving on conditioning and up to 9% cost saving on internal logistic and reduced unskilled labor.
  • MDS2.4 Hyper Ring, the new ring spinning frame with 2400 spindles for higher productivity and reduced investment and operating costs. It allows up to 50% energy savings on suction compared to competitor long spinning frames
  • FT640 Flexo Roving, the new roving frame with 640 spindles that combines the advantages of a long machine with the efficiency and flexibility of shorter machines.
  • Marzoli Trash Analyzer, which, together with Marzoli software platforms, allows a constant analysis of the waste and a consequent optimization of the settings of blow room and carding machines.
The analysis of trash is possible also with the app TaomApp, created by Marzoli in collaboration with Camozzi digital. The customer can take a photo of the raw material and the app gives back a value than can be A, B, C or D. These 4 categories represent 4 different level of trash.
  • Our patented software, MRM and YarNet, for the implementation of the concept of “Smart Spinning”.

MRM (Marzoli Remote Maintenance), collecting and analyzing data from Marzoli’s or third-party machines, allows a remote control and management of the spinning plant.

  • Brain box: is the new Marzoli’s patented software for the improvement of plant performance. In particular, the tests showed an increase of 5,5% in productivity, an increase of 8% in efficiency and 1,5% of energy savings.

During ITMA Marzoli showed also the first virtual reality in spinning. With virtual reality the customer can discover the benefits of the new Marzoli spinning module and, with some dedicated videos, he can analyze the features and the advantages of all the machines.
