The first edition held in parallel for the first time Cairo Textile Week (CTW 2021) which was a knowledge platform highlighting recent innovations in textile manufacturing with special focus on technologies that contribute to new products. The event is designed to introduce as well new fabrics for the creatives and manufacturers of allied textile industries. Organized to provide knowledge, it represents a business and networking opportunity between different stakeholders in the textiles business.

Alongside came ITEX CAIRO Masterclass as a knowledge platform for the textiles and allied industries which aims to highlight the potential of textile digital printing and to identify the supply chain of providers starting from fabrics, equipment and up to printing services. It offers as well opportunities for creatives and startups to understand this technology, network with professionals and unleash business opportunities in this industry.
